Experienced eBay Virtual Assistant (Listings, Image Editing & Google Sheets) I’m looking to work with a highly experienced eBay Virtual Assistant who understands how to create professional, high-converting listings and can work confidently with Google Sheets as part of daily operations.
This role is ongoing for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Create and optimise eBay listings using pre-defined templates
Write SEO-optimised titles and descriptions using high-intent keywords
Upload and retouch product images (crop, enhance, background clean-up where needed)
Accurately manage and update data in Google Sheets (inventory, SKUs, pricing, listing status)
Ensure listings are compliant with eBay policies
Maintain consistency across multiple product categories
Required Skills & Experience
✔ Proven experience as an eBay Virtual Assistant ✔ Strong understanding of eBay SEO (titles, item specifics, keywords) ✔ Experience creating listings from existing templates ✔ Confident working with Google Sheets (formulas, structured data, accuracy) ✔ Basic to intermediate image retouching skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) ✔ Excellent written English and attention to detail
Nice to Have (Bonus)
Experience with ex-display or refurbished listings
Familiarity with bulk listing tools
Experience working with UK eBay accounts
