What we need:
We're hiring someone to help us book qualified appointments with decision-makers (CEOs, Directors, or Heads of Department) across a range of B2B sectors.
We provide the lists We provide the scripts (though you can tweak if you like) Every number is a mobile (no landlines) Every KPI we provide you with has been consistently achieved before (no unrealistic targets)
Your role will include:
Making 30-40 connected outbound B2B conversations using scripts and briefs we provide per day
Quickly understanding each client’s offer and adapting the pitch accordingly
Handling objections professionally and keeping calls conversational
Booking meetings directly into calendars
Updating call outcomes and notes in our CRM after each interaction
What we’re looking for:
Native or fluent English speaker with a neutral accent
Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting (minimum 1 year)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different industries
Comfortable working with KPIs and performance tracking
Reliable internet, quiet working environment, and headset
Bonus if you have:
Experience selling marketing, SaaS, or IT services
Familiarity with close crm/ go high level a plus but not essential
