This is a targeted outreach project, not generic cold calling. You will be provided with a list of exact properties we want to secure viewings for, along with the relevant agent and branch details. Our service supplies pre-vetted, ready-to-move families to letting agents, helping them reduce void periods and demonstrate compliance with current rental legislation.
Primary Objective Secure confirmed viewing dates for identified rental properties so we can introduce matched, pre-vetted families.
Secondary Objective Open conversations that can lead to ongoing partnerships with estate agents and lettings teams.
What You Will Be Doing • Make outbound business development calls to estate agents and lettings teams • Speak with the correct decision-makers (Branch Managers, Lettings Managers, Regional Lettings Managers) • Reference specific properties during calls (full property details will be provided) • Briefly explain who we are and why we are calling • Progress conversations towards booking property viewings and, where appropriate, partnership discussions
