This project involves the end-to-end design, development, and phased rollout of a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) platform website for Licensed Immigration Advisers (LIAs). The platform will be built using a phased MVP approach (MVP-0 to MVP-4), allowing incremental delivery of features while maintaining a stable and scalable architecture from day one.
