We are a UK-based technology company (Ping Services Ltd) providing resident engagement platforms/apps and parcel management / parcel room solutions to property managers, developers, and BTR operators across the UK (and expanding into Ireland).
We are looking for an experienced commercial / technology lawyer to review existing agreements and draft new consolidated agreements under UK law.
Scope of Work 1. Consolidated Software Services Agreement
We currently have separate agreements covering:
Resident Platforms / Resident Apps
Parcel Management / Parcel Room Solutions (software + service layer)
We would like you to:
Review our existing agreements (to be provided)
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks
Draft a single consolidated Software Services Agreement covering both offerings
2. Parcel Room Solution – Licence Agreement
We are planning to license our parcel room solution to partners.
This will include:
Licensing the software platform
Commercial use by a third party
Potential re-branding / resale scenarios (details to be confirmed)
