I set up Whitegreen LTD (Reg 16730179) on 19 September 2025 and registered it for VAT, but the business never really took off—fewer than five transactions in total. All debts and liabilities are settled, and I now want to wind everything up properly. Here’s what I still need:
• Prepare and submit the final statutory accounts and any accompanying CT600 so everything is squared with Companies House and HMRC. I selected “Yes” for final-accounts support because I’d like you to handle the numbers end-to-end.
• Guide me through (and ideally complete) the VAT deregistration, making sure any final VAT return is filed and the registration is formally cancelled.
• Take care of the company strike-off paperwork, including notifying HMRC—something I haven’t done yet—to ensure they raise no objections. Everything is straightforward: one director, under five transactions, no employees, and no outstanding liabilities. I’m happy to provide bank statements, invoices and the government gateway login the moment we start. If you’re a UK-qualified accountant familiar with micro-entity closures, this should be quick work. Please let me know how soon you can file the final set of accounts and lodge the DS01, plus any questions you need answered up front.
