We are looking for an experienced Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Manager specialist to properly set up and repair our Meta infrastructure for our company.
This is NOT general ads management. This is infrastructure setup, ownership correction, Instagram connection, payment setup, and Meta compliance.
We have multiple apps and Instagram accounts that need to be structured cleanly under one Business Manager.
Scope of work 1. Meta Business Manager setup / repair
• Create or repair Meta Business Manager (Business Portfolio) • Ensure Circle of Nine Ltd is the OWNER of all assets • Ensure clean, compliant, long-term structure • Set correct roles and permissions
2. Instagram & Facebook Page setup
• Connect existing Instagram accounts correctly • Connect or create Facebook Pages where needed • Ensure accounts are properly linked to Business Manager • Ensure ownership is under Circle of Nine
3. Payment setup (IMPORTANT)
We have 3 separate ad accounts that need payment methods configured:
• Circle of Nine • GoAmico • Dating App
You will guide us while we add payment methods securely.
You will NOT handle card details directly.
4. Dating App Meta approval
Our dating app Instagram/account requires Meta approval to run ads.
This includes:
• Completing and submitting Meta Dating App Eligibility form • Ensuring proper compliance structure • Connecting Instagram, Page, and Ad Account correctly • Ensuring eligibility for advertising
5. Pixel / dataset / domain setup
• Create and connect pixels/datasets if needed • Verify domains • Ensure tracking is properly structured
Important requirements (non-negotiable)
• Circle of Nine Ltd must OWN all assets • Nothing should be created under your personal or agency Business Manager • You will work via partner/admin access only • Clean, compliant Meta setup only (no hacks, no shortcuts) • Experience with restricted categories (dating apps) preferred
