I'm having trouble with my meta ads manager. I'm trying to set up a pixel so that I can track ticket sales (I run a band), but when I try and add my band page to my business portfolio, it tells me to go into the page and authorise the addition. However there's nowhere for me to go in my page to accept the request, so I'm unable to add the page to the portfolio. There are no notifications or alerts in the "request" tab. I received an email from meta saying that the request had been made, but none of the links worked. Have you heard of this before/do you know how I can fix this so I can start using my pixel?
