About this project Company Name: IntrCity Packers and Movers Pune
We are a transport business looking to completely overhaul our online presence. Our current website is outdated, not mobile-friendly, and not ranking well on search engines. We need a skilled professional — or a team — who can deliver both a stunning redesign and a solid, results-driven SEO strategy.
This is a combined brief: we want someone who can own both the visual/UX redesign and the technical/on-page SEO side, so a strong generalist or a duo with proven experience in both areas is ideal.
Website redesign — scope of work
Full redesign of existing website with a modern, professional look suited to the transport/logistics industry Mobile-first, fully responsive design across all devices Fast-loading pages with optimised images and clean code Clear service pages: fleet info, service areas, booking/enquiry flow Trust-building elements — testimonials, accreditations, contact forms Integration with Google Maps for service areas and depot locations CMS setup (WordPress preferred) so we can update content ourselves SSL, basic security setup, and cross-browser testing
SEO — scope of work
Comprehensive SEO audit of the current site (technical + on-page) Keyword research targeting local and national transport/logistics queries On-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, schema markup Technical SEO: site speed, crawlability, sitemap, robots.txt, Core Web Vitals Local SEO setup, including Google Business Profile optimisation Competitor gap analysis and link-building strategy recommendations Monthly reporting setup — rankings, traffic, and conversion tracking
What we are looking for
Proven portfolio of website redesigns — transport, logistics, or B2B services preferred Demonstrated SEO results: rankings improved, organic traffic growth, case studies welcome Strong communicator who can explain decisions in plain language Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to work independently Available to start within 2 weeks
