We are a UK-based private medical company (Prestige Private Health) launching a new Consultant-led ADHD assessment and treatment service in the North West of England.
We are looking for an experienced paid advertising specialist to help generate high-quality leads and bookings.
This is a long-term opportunity, not a one-off project.
Primary Focus – Paid Advertising
We are specifically looking for someone strong in:
1. Google Ads (Priority) Campaign setup and management (search-focused) Keyword research (e.g. private ADHD assessment, adult ADHD diagnosis UK) Conversion tracking (very important) Ongoing optimisation to reduce cost per lead 2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Campaign creation and optimisation Retargeting strategies Lead generation ads (forms and website conversions) Creative direction (images, copy, messaging) Secondary Focus – Conversion & SEO Landing page optimisation (conversion-focused, not just design) Basic SEO improvements (ADHD keywords, service pages) Advice on improving booking conversion rates Key Objective

Qualified enquiries and booked patients
Ideal Candidate Proven experience with Google Ads lead generation (essential) Experience with Meta Ads and retargeting Ideally worked with: Healthcare / clinics / professional services Strong understanding of: conversion funnels cost per lead tracking and analytics Nice to Have Experience marketing ADHD / mental health services UK-based or experienced with UK campaigns Ability to advise on landing pages and messaging
