We are looking for a highly creative and trend-aware Email Marketing Specialist with strong Mailchimp experience to help evolve and modernise our email marketing across our beauty and aesthetics wholesale brand.
Our company supplies premium aesthetic and skincare products to clinics and professionals across the UK. We currently use Mailchimp for our email marketing and are now looking to refine and elevate our campaigns visually, strategically, and commercially while maintaining our established brand identity and key customer trust elements.
This role is not just about building emails. We are specifically looking for someone who understands:
* Modern luxury beauty branding * Current email marketing trends * High-converting layouts * Retention marketing * Premium visual direction * Strong mobile-first design
We want our emails to feel elevated, current, premium, and commercially effective while still remaining aligned with our existing brand guidelines and customer experience.
Important Brand Requirements:
While we are open to fresh creative direction and modernisation, applicants must understand that:
* Our core brand identity must remain consistent * Existing company USPs should not be removed * Trust-building elements currently used within our emails must still be incorporated * Review access/customer review visibility remains important within our email structure * Changes should enhance and modernise the customer journey, not completely remove core brand foundations
We are looking for somebody who can improve and elevate what already exists, rather than redesigning the brand from scratch.
