We are looking for a highly skilled B2B LinkedIn Content Strategist to help elevate the digital presence of a professional training and leadership development company based in Saudi Arabia.
Our company specializes in professional certifications and executive development programs such as CIPD, leadership training, and corporate learning solutions targeting HR leaders, L&D departments, and business executives.
This role is focused specifically on transforming our LinkedIn presence into a stronger B2B thought leadership and lead-generation channel.

The engagement will be conducted in phases, beginning with a short assessment and strategy stage, followed by a longer-term collaboration based on performance and alignment.

Phase 1 – Assessment & Strategy
Duration: Approximately 1 Week
The engagement will begin with a short discovery and strategy phase focused on assessing and improving the foundation of our LinkedIn presence.
Responsibilities:
- Review our current LinkedIn presence and content - Assess positioning, messaging, and audience alignment - Benchmark relevant competitors and industry leaders - Define initial content pillars and tone of voice - Develop a short-term LinkedIn content direction - Prepare sample/pilot content

- LinkedIn audit and key recommendations - Initial content strategy and messaging direction - Sample LinkedIn posts - Short-term content calendar

Phase 2 – Content Execution & Optimization
Ongoing Monthly Collaboration (Subject to Successful Completion of Phase 1)
Following the strategy phase, the engagement may continue into an ongoing execution and optimization stage focused on building thought leadership and improving B2B engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality LinkedIn posts optimized for B2B audiences - Develop executive-style and insight-driven content - Transform training topics into commercially valuable content - Improve post structure, hooks, storytelling, and CTAs - Suggest visual/carousel concepts where relevant - Support audience engagement and positioning strategy - Continuously refine content performance and messaging
- Proven experience in B2B LinkedIn content strategy - Experience working with training, HR, consulting, or professional services companies - Strong understanding of executive and corporate audiences - Ability to write in a professional, insightful, and business-oriented tone - Strong understanding of LinkedIn organic growth and engagement - Experience creating thought leadership content - Excellent English writing skills
