We seek a freelancer to perform outbound sales calls to local commercial clients to generate leads for our exterior cleaning company. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting B2B prospecting calls and effectively communicating the benefits of our commercial cleaning services which include window washing, facade cleaning, gutter maintenance, and pressure washing.
As the service provider for this project, you will be required to build and manage your own team to place calls in our designated territory. Your team should contact businesses such as offices, schools, retail stores and solar farms to introduce our full suite of exterior maintenance services. When engaging prospects, emphasize how our regular cleaning routines can improve aesthetics, support building integrity, and provide sanitization. Qualified leads should be documented and transmitted to our sales team along with a brief call summary and next steps.
Compensation will be provided on a pay-per-lead basis. Performance will be evaluated based on lead volume and conversion rate. To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must demonstrate strong B2B contacting and appointment-setting abilities as well as exceptional communication and time management skills. Language fluency in English and knowledge of the local commercial landscape are also required. This is an independent contractor role where the service provider is responsible for all operations including hiring staff and meeting weekly lead generation goals.
